Helpful information for students with disabilities at the Hamilton County Transition Fair
Add Thursday evening, March 16th to your calendar, as we have at 101 Mobility, especially if someone in your family – especially a child — has a disability or special mobility needs.
March 16th is the date for this year’s Hamilton County Transition Fair held from 6:00 PM through 7:30 PM at Fishers High School auxiliary gym, 13000 Promise Road, Fishers.
101 Mobility is heartened to take part in The Hamilton County Transition Fair. Not only are we pleased to be a part of this supportive, active health care community, this free community outreach event is a great place to provide information, answers and support to those in Hamilton and nearby counties.
If your child or someone you love has a disability or special needs, you may at times feel that you are “in this alone.” Not true, especially if you live in Fishers!
There is an entire health and public service community here to support you in whatever ways you need. In fact, there are many community resources available outside of the school setting. This is a great way to find out what’s available you may not yet know about – all in one place. (And of course, The Transition Fair is wheelchair accessible).
Because we specialize in special orders, 101 Mobility can get just about anything you need, from home bathroom modifications to patient lifts, and wheelchair ramps to curved rail stair lifts, in whatever size and configuration will best suit the needs of your child in and out of your home.
We hope you are able to join us on Thursday evening March 16th, at Fishers High School, and look forward to helping you with any information or special needs you and your family may have.
